Activity Desk Concierge
The Activity Desk Concierge coordinates guest participation in the activities offered via the Crown of the Continent Discovery Center.
The concierge works closely with the retail manager, corral manager, and reservations staff. The concierge will greet customers in person, over the phone, and through email inquiries and assist them with booking trips or services offered by Swan Mountain Outfitters as well as give out relevant visitor information. They will assist the corral staff to check in guests for their ride (administer paperwork, process payments, educate about policies related to the ride). They will work with the store manager, cook, and corral staff to relay information regarding guest meals packed on certain trail rides.
The concierge should have excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. They should be detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task, and familiar with common office equipment and computer programs. Most importantly, the concierge should be extroverted and friendly.
Local applicants preferred, but housing can be available for a fee. Full-time preferred, part-time considered. $15.00 Hourly wage.
Activity Desk Concierge staff are also given the opportunity to participate in staff trail rides at our Glacier Division corrals!
